Pathogen detection with a single Flashkit®

1. Take sample from raw material and place between the 2 grids of the extraction bag. For viral detection, use leaf tissues, for bacterial detection use stems, cut longitudinally the stem beetween the 1st and 2nd node.

2. Rub the bag with a pen or blunt object to completely crush sample.

3. Insert the end of the Flashkit® marked ’sample’ into the extract ( protective tape with arrow pointing down ) to the grind. Insert only 0.5 cm of the end of the Flashkit® into the sample liquid for avoiding to draw the membrane of the Flashkit®.
