The Xac ImmunoStrip is a rapid in the field test to be used as a confirmation tool to support the visual diagnosis of Asiatic citrus canker on fruit, or on leaves and stems of mature trees. The lesions of suspect tissues can be easily tested on-site. The Xac ImmunoStrip must be used with SEB1 sample extraction buffer. SEB1 buffer is available in a sample bag ACC 00936, or as a powder ACC 00996. Please see accessories for a listing of SEB1 buffer products. ImmunoStrip kits include sample extract bags.
