The Agdia PVY ImmunoStrip is our most sensitive strip test. Our data shows that it closely resembles the sensitivity of ELISA. The test shows no cross reaction to other common potato viruses. The test utilizes a polyclonal antibody for capture and detection. ImmunoStrips offer the laboratory technology of ELISA in an easy-to-use format that works in the field. Simply grind a plant sample in the special extract bag and insert the ImmunoStrip into the sample. Results can be seen in minutes. PVY ImmunoStrips must be used with SEB4 buffer.
