Reagents for PPV detection were developed by Dr. D’Ann Rochon, Agriculture & Agri-Food Canada. This test is a double antibody sandwich (DAS) ELISA offered as a Reagent Set. The Reagent Set includes coating antibody, microtiter plates, alkaline phosphatase enzyme conjugate, conjugate diluent, sample extraction buffer, and positive control. Materials not provided are offered as a buffer pack (Catalog number ACC 00113). These materials include carbonate coating buffer, PNP substrate, and PBST wash buffer.
