The ELISA test system for cucumber mosaic virus is based on a double antibody sandwich (DAS) protocol with a polyclonal capture antibody and a mixture of monoclonal antibodies for detection.
The same antibodies used in the CMV ELISA are also utilized in the lateral flow CMV ImmunoStrip test. The CMV ImmunoStrip is an ideal scouting tool. It is easy to use and each test takes just minutes to perform. CMV ImmunoStrips must be used with SEB1 buffer. SEB1 buffer is available in a sample bag ACC 00936, or as a powder ACC 00996. Please see accessories for a listing of SEB1 buffer products. ImmunoStrip kits include sample extract bags.
